Comments: We camped at site 13, on July 7, 8 and 9. Marilyn wanted to be close to the water so I brought a 2x4 frame to screw the tent to and held it in place with rocks. It was nice to see the ships in the strait, coming and going at all hours. We saw a fireworks display somewhere in Michigan on the 7th. We burned all the driftwood we could find. We hadn't known of Marilyn's allergy to spider bites (that could have happened anywhere), but thanks again to Lighthouse staff and to campers J & B for their assistance, and to Guardian Pharmacy, in Gore Bay. That's a little to far for emergency medical attention. Aside from that, it was a good vacation, all is back to normal and had a great time.

Comments: I can not wait to see everybody in action! I have fond memories of the lighthouse and hope to make some new ones. It's been a few years since I've been there so I can not wait to see all the new improvements the MTA did. See you soon!
